Enhancements

  • Added enhanced help system. You can now ask questions about a visit and many answers will include instructions on how to use Diagnostics to understand everything about a visit. Other example questions:
    I have a visit that has EVV data but AHCCCS says its not there. How can I see what was sent to AHCCCS?
    How do I know if my visit has data problems blocking it from being sent to AHCCCS?
    What's a contingency plan and how do I add one?
    What's the difference between setting up a designee versus a legal guardian?

  • Several performance enhancements.
  • Added Reports > Audit for Super Users that provides a way to view changes and access to client and employee data.

Fixes

  • Fixed issue in 837 for multiple payers.
  • Easy View bug fixes.
  • Addressed issues with file viewer on Android devices that are unable to view PDF files.
  • Fixed bug where guardians were unable to sign certain documents created by an admin that also had guardian role.
