Should you want to upload your monthly progress reports to the DDD FTP site navigate to you should follow the steps below. Before doing so you should ensure your DDD FTP login and password are in the back office.

Reports- Progress tab

1. If you would like ALL your members to go out in your FTP upload, DO NOT select a client, leave as shown
2. Select the month you would like to upload All clients within that month will be listed on the left side of the screen
3. Choose Search-All clients within that month will be listed on the left side of the screen
4. Choose Share

** keep the the "select all" box checked to output all members

SpokeChoice Share box will pop up and select Submit to DDD.

You will receive an email from Spokechoice when all documents have been uploaded.
