When a Task is run and finds issues, it may send Messages to associated users. For example, if a Task Type is created to identify missing documents and a missing document is found, the associated user will be notified with a Message. See Working With Messages for more information.

The Collaboration > Scheduled Tasks drawer contains a user interface to view all outstanding tasks that have not been fixed and the associated Message deleted.

The Commands column contains a bell icon that when clicked will send another Message reminder to the associated user to address the issue.

The User Read column contains a check when the user has seen the Message but has not fixed the problem.
