WellSky 837 output will only output claims that were synced to Sandata at least 2 business days prior to creating the 837 as required by AHCCCS. All claims that were synced 2 or more business days prior will be output in the 837. This was implemented to enforce the AHCCCS rule.

When claims are skipped because the required wait-time has not elapsed, you will receive an Excel file with the error as shown below along with any other errors you have. If there are no critical errors, you have the opportunity to output the 837 anyway to bill only those claims synced 2 or more business days hours prior.

Please remember, claims begin the sync process after they are approved. So you must wait 2 business days after approving claims to bill.

NOTE: Be sure to output any claims that were skipped after the appropriate amount of time.
