If you will be bringing on a guardian to become a guardian and you use iSolved you MUST Follow these instructions or you can likely create duplicate records

1. Add the provider role to the individual that is already a guardian. Note: If you get a message indicating you can not add the role PLEASE email us and we can do it for you. Do not try and work around this.

2. Add the provider into iSolved and note the employee ID

3. Edit this individuals profile in SpokeChoice and edit the employee fields.

4. Enter the employee ID into the Payroll Identifier and update the profile.

Note: THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE YOU RUN THE SYNCHRONIZATION FROM ISOLVED! This is because without the payroll identifier on the record the interface will create a new record.
