Enhancements
- Scheduler tool-tip box now shows no-show memo/explanation.
- Center Billing - Added checks when creating a schedule so that the Pickup, Dropoff, & Pickup + Dropoff service codes are all entered and are unique.
- Fixed issue when creating large 837 files.
- Replaced People 411 with Easy View. The Easy View contains summary information about the selected person. See Using the Easy View for help on the Easy View.
- Therapists may now view their assistant's S.O.A.P. notes & schedules.
- Added a feature that displays SpokeChoice Announcements when a user logs into the application. Announcements will display the first 2 logins after the announcement is released. Current announcements may be viewed from the upper-right menu Announcements item.
- Some users were navigating to the Demo version of SpokeChoice and were understandably unable to login. The Demo login screen now includes a note and link to help guide the users to the official website.
- Added a link to the SpokeChoice Facebook page.
- Added a warning about using the Tax Exempt check box on the Add Client Assignment form so users do not check it unless they understand the ramifications.
- Several performance enhancements.
- Fixed issue when outputting 837 file would occasionally fail.
- Some Report Modules return a set of dynamic columns based on your settings. Because of this the Report Settings is unable to allow you to select which of the dynamic columns to include in the report.
A change was made to return all of the dynamic columns but not display them in the grid. A new button named Column Manager was added which displays a dialog for you to check which columns to display.
The affected Report Modules are:- Expiring Certifications
- Drivers Data
- Provider Information
- Enhanced the drop-down boxes that lookup people. A search box is now presented when there are more than 20 items in the list or if the list is not normally fully displayed. In addition a checkbox allows you to include inactive users.
