Enhancements

  • Added setting in People Manager>People - Employee - Edit Employee Fields - Allow Manual Edits
    This settings defaults to checked (on). When unchecked (off), providers are not allowed to add or modify visits or clock-out once a visit must be ended. For example, if the visit is clipped to end at 5:00pm and the user attempts to clock-out at 10pm, they will get the message: Your clock-out time must have stopped at 5:00pm because it was limited by ISP hours. You must ask your administrator to clock you out.
    This setting was added because many providers are abusing the AutoVisit feature to clip a visit at the max hours by clocking-out late at night.
  • Added Field Supervisor column to the grid on Schedule>Appointment No-Shows.

Changes

  • Fixed bug where no-shows for live-in providers were being shown in the Schedule, Appointment Status, Appointment No-Shows pages.
