Creating an Individual

Every record created within the people manager is a living person. They are categorized by Employees, Clients, Guardians, Service Coordinators and Doctors.

There should never be more than one record per individual. If you desire an individual to have more than one role MAKE Sure to add the role to that individual.

EXCEPTION: If you have recently migrated from DDReports and have two records, one for a guardian and one for a provider click here to understand how to MERGE those two records.

Decide what type of an individual you want to create and select that radio button.

Note: You can suspend individuals from being able to login. This becomes necessary when you want to keep them from working for lack of documentation or some sort of renewal. To do so navigate to people-people manager, find the employee and you will see a suspended check box.

Select that check box and hit save profile. To remove or unsuspend someone reverse this process by unchecking the suspended check box and hit save profile. Having someone suspended and forgetting they are in fact suspended is a common reason for someone to complain about not being able to clock in or login in.
