Advanced Analytics
The Advanced Analytics app contains interactive pages that present analysis of various parts of your data in an effort to help you maximize your:
- Maximize overall business operations
- Analyze Profit
- Examine billing
- Make the most of your employees time
- Maximize client authorization usage
There are multiple categories or drawers in the app. The sections below explain each.
Profit
Profit by Billing Code
Available to:
Description:The Report will show the profit by Billing code.
Billing
Month over Month
Available to:
Description: This Report will show the total billings by month over month back up until 9/1/22.
People
Member / Provider assignments
Available to:
Description: This report will show members with one Provider.
Missing Progress Summary
Available to:
Description: Shows all providers that have progress summaries.
Providers not billed
Available to:
Description: The Report will show active providers that have not billed in last 2 weeks.
User Logins
Available to:
Description: The Report will show the amount of logins per role type for 7 days from the selected start date.
Auth Management
Authorization Usage
Available to:
Description: This Report will show Members Total Auth usage by each assigned or prior assigned provider.
Miscalculated Week max
Available to:
Description: The Report will show Support coordinator calculated mistakes of maximums allowed per week where the total amount might be over the allowed Auth amount.
Possible Authorization Roll over
Available to:
Description: Shows all open Authorizations that have a balance within same DDD Fiscal year that can be rolled over to a new existing auth.
Reduced Auth Hours
Available to:
Description: This Report will show a clients usage that had a decrease in hours from the workweek prior. Enter how many weeks back you wish to check.
Week Maximum Analysis
Available to:
Description: The Report will show the percentage of used hours for a work week against what is allowed in the ISP weekly maximums.
