1.4.52 February 16 2023

This release includes schedule changes as required by Arizona for Alternate EVV systems. Note that there are still more schedule changes to come.

Changed

  1. Disallowed clock-in where schedule did not include all clock-in clients found in the schedule. This caused issues with Sandata not finding the visit.
  2. The synced column in some tables will only say "yes" after the visit was synced for 2 or more business days.
  3. Non-Recurring Appointment Changes:
    • An appointment may not be deleted or changed once it is associated with a visit.
  4. Recurring (Series) Appointment Changes:
    • Once a Series has any associated visits, the only change that may be made is ending the Series after all associated visits.
    • A Series may not be deleted after it has any associated visits.
    • A single appointment in the series may not be deleted after it has an associated visit.
    • Example: Say you have an Recurring (Series) appointment starts on Monday 2/6/2023 and recurs every Monday and never ends and a visit is associated on 2/6/2023.
      • You may not delete the 2/6/2023 occurrence.
      • You may not delete the whole series.
      • You may only change the series End Repeat Date. When you edit the series, all fields are read-only and the End Repeat is set to On Date and the End Repeat Date field is set to the last visit associated with the series however you may change the date to be after this default. Saving this type of change will stop the series on this date.
      • If you wish to reschedule future events, you must end the series as described above and then add a new series.

Fixed

  1. Switching companies with multiple providers and one was inactive would sometimes pick the inactive user.
