If you are an agency contracted with the state of Arizona DDD division you can create an EDI 837 output file that can be uploaded to Wellsky site.

To create this file navigate to Home Care>Billing

Pick the start and end date you wish to output claims for. Make sure the View is selected as Ready to File.

You should see how many claims are within this start and end date range

If you want to further refine the output you can select a filter, otherwise hit the Wellsky 837 button to download your file. Depending on the size of the file it could take up to a couple of minutes so be patient.

The file should show up at the bottom or at top of the browser ready to download.

Depending on the browser you are using you can open up the folder (directory) that the file was downloaded to.

Note: If you have claims that are not going out to a certain payer and you are not receiving any error messages ensure that there is not a waiver in the system that was inadvertently entered for both the client, payer and service code. Waivers are used to bypass payers when there are special cases that one payer does not pay for a service. This is typical of insurance companies that might pay for Speech therapy but not pay for Respite.
