If you ever have a provider that knows their password is correct and their login is correct but they receive a red banner at bottom that indicates ok, please have them check their device time. The system will not allow anyone to log in if their device time is more than 6 minutes off. This can happen when someone has either tried to cheat the system or their phone is set to some other timezone than Arizona or they go out of state and their time changes.
