DDD requires that if the member or guardian has registered as "agency of choice" that you must add a modifier to your service code. SpokeChoice will add it automatically but you must indicate the members as being registered as agency of choice.

To do so

1) Open the members profile under the people manager

2) Edit the client fields.

3) Scroll to the bottom and about 4 lines up you'll see "agency of choice" check box. Check that box and save the clients fields.
