Feature Changes
- Removed SMS (Texting) feature - Due to new industry regulations, the SMS feature would have been too costly and difficult for agencies to manage. As a result, this feature has been removed.
- Added People Manager - Texting History report - This report allows you to view SMS messages to/from a specific employee. Use this if you wish to see past SMS communication to/from an employee since the SMS UI has been removed.
- Home Care>Timecards visit grid - Enhanced Info display:
- Added change records (if any found). These are changes to the visit after it's initial creation.
- Added Guardian signature information. This serves as the documentation required by Access for the visit.
- Added the ability to edit the Reason Note (memo) on change records. You may not change the Reason Code.
- AutoVisit>Timecard - Enhanced Provider timecard view to include EVV information. This allows providers to see how an administrator views their visits.
When the display is small (i.e. on a mobile device), there is an EVV button that when pressed displays Visit Details.
When the display is not small, a grid is displayed with several of the icons from the Home Care>Timecards visit grid display as shown below. These icons work as they would in the Home Care>Timecards visit grid display. - Made Functional Objective and Teaching Tasks Name field required.
Bugs Fixed
- When using Switch to Company the reports were listed incorrectly.
- User unable to login when they belonged to 2 companies and the default company set by the user made them inactive.
- Prevented manual clock-out on Current Clock-Ins from clocking someone out past the current date/time.
