We worked with the HelpAssistant team to fine-tune the AI Chat Assistant answers about SpokeChoice. Answers are now more accurate and focused.

• Onboarding - Employee References couldn't be added.
• Onboarding - When bringing an employee onboard the Job Application document was not created. Going forward these will be created. For previous applications, you may go to Onboarding>Hired and view past applications.
• Issue where number fields were displayed incorrectly on tablets was fixed.
• Could not edit a Freeform and Form-based type documents.
• Billing for insurance was missing the HCFA 1500 button.
• No-show display sometimes included events scheduled to start after the current time.
• S.O.A.P. & Progress Notes - Could not expand goal to see description.
• Was unable to delete a Document Type even if it didn't have associated documents.
• Newly created Document Types were not displayed correctly.
