Resetting/Changing Passwords
If a provider or guardian does not remember their password you want to first direct them to the log in page of spokechoice.com and choose 'forgot password'
They will be asked what their phone number and email address is associated to their account. when successful they will have an email sent to their email
if the account can not be located the will get an error
The agency will need to confirm the providers log in email on file and the phone number are correct in their account under People Manager-People
You also have the option to send them a link directly from People Manager- People- Locate the employee file- select reset Password
