Sometimes it might be necessary to edit a billing code. For example perhaps you mistakenly added tiered ratio or multiplier to the code and billing is denying.

To do so follow the steps below.

Go to Backoffice-homecare-service codes

Edit the service code in question by selecting the pencil.

Once that dialog form is open find the billing code you wish to change and hit the pencil icon on it.

Now you can change the attributes of this billing code.

In this example you could change the tier ratio to what ever it should be.  Note: For DDD users only make sure you add the "three digit DDD" service code. If you do not have this it will not match authorizations delivered via Wellsky

Once you are done hit the update on ALL forms to get it to save.
