Provider Clock-In In Without an Appointment

For unscheduled visits, SpokeChoice provides an option to perform an Unscheduled Clock-In.

This feature must be enabled by your administrator before it becomes available.

This feature will be available if you are assigned as a Live-In provider to 1 or more clients.

The green Unscheduled Clock-In button shown below will only be visible when both of the above conditions are met.

Click on the Unscheduled Clock-In button.

When you do not have an appointment and the Service is an EVV monitored service, you may create one and clock into it all at once. To do this check the "Create a Quick Appointment for this EVV-required visit." box and then Clock-In.
