Edit Timecard Entries

To Edit or add billing entries to an Employee or Center Timecard Open the Home Care Application. And then Select Timecards at the top of the screen.

 

1. You can select the Employee or Center from the drop down.

2. Make sure you are in the "Edit Time card Entries" Mode.

3. Ensure that the pay period is correct.

 

1. Select the date of service.

2. Select the client/cost center.

3. Select the service code

4/5. Select the start and end time.

You will need to Select a:

6. Reason

7. Explanation for the manual entry.

8. Select "Add" to add the claim to the time-card.
