Adding daily and weekly maximums are required for most ISP's given by the state through support coordinators. In all cases if there are limitations set on a client providers will be notified during clock in that they must clock out by a certain time. This can either be due to Week/daily or even provider work week limited hours. If they do not clock out at a given time the system will trim back their time to the maximums indicated either on the providers record or the ISP of the Client. EVV requirements include the necessity to indicate why their time was adjusted and they will be asked why they forgot to clock out. These are exceptions in the EVV world of non-conformance
