SpokeChoiceRevision Notes1.5.14 July 12 2023

1.5.14 July 12 2023

Features

  • Added Download JSON button to the Home Care>Timecards visit grid to download the JSON data for a visit. Click on the Info icon and then the Download JSON button. The name of the downloaded file is the transaction ID and the file contains the visit JSON data to send to Sandata when requested.
  • EDI Workaround is back by popular demand! Well, that and FOCUS and WellSky continue to have problems producing payment files (835)

IMPORTANT: Please remember to load all 999/835 files before attempting to load PBS Report files. Performing reconciliation with 835 files is more accurate and may result in you doing less work than reconciling with PBS Report files.
  • Added member birth date to SOAP Note display.
  • Renamed Progress Management>Setup>Objectives & Missing Objectives to Goals and Missing Goals since "Goal" is a better recognized term.
  • Renamed "Functional Objectives" to "Goals" to be consistent.
  • Redesigned Progress Notes editor user interface:
    1. The Progress Note editor has been redesigned to make entering progress/SOAP notes easier and faster as well as reviewing previous notes.
    2. In the editor, Goals are now displayed in a single document/form as opposed to having to click on the goal name to display a popup with the goal UI.
    3. Added Print button on the Progress Note editor to print out a new Progress/SOAP Note PDF file. Please note that the old style reports are still being submitted to DDD and available for download. (The new format will come in the future)
    4. Therapists and Admins may edit, add, and master/delete goals from the Progress Note editor.
The advantage of this feature is for new clients or new goals for existing clients, the goals may be added without having to go the Setup page to setup the goal.
Please note that adding/deleting Teaching Tasks to an existing note that has notes and/or measurements on the goal may be permanently lost! This behavior has always existed and warnings are still displayed as they were before.
    5. Further enhancements will be coming to the Progress Notes editor in the near future!
