  • Schedule Changes - Added icons to the Month view to indicate the status of a visit as follows:
    • No icon - appointment is in the future and has not been associated with a visit.
    1. Triangle with Exclamation - appointment is in the past and has not been associated with a visit and has not been marked as no-show/rescheduled etc.
    2. Check - appointment was started on-time.
    3. Person with Clock - provider is more than 60 minutes late to the appointment.
  • Added support for feeding billing codes 92526 and 92610. Note that since DDD broke with their standard and these are not 3-letter codes. These are set in the DDD Three Letter Code field even though they are not 3 letters:
