Enhancements
- Added Load Prior Note Data button to Progress/SOAP Note editor - This button is only visible when creating a new note. Pressing the new button will load all data from the previous note of the current note type (Progress/Speech/etc...). After loading the note data you may keep/reset any data you do not wish to keep. This feature allows you to to view previous measurements and comments for the current session.
Changes
- Enabled Progress/SOAP Note editor Sign & Save button when comments added if there is at least 1 measurement. This change was made so an existing note (with measurements) may be edited and comments added.
Remember that a note may not be saved unless it has at least 1 measurement. - Prevented deleting a visit if it has already been sent to Sandata and was subsequently changed but not yet synced again. This was required so that a cancellation can be sent to Sandata after a visit is deleted.
- It was found that a few visit EVV Tokens could, by the nature of the code generation algorithm, generate duplicate codes in a single day. In the very rare cases when entering a visit by Verification Codes and duplicate codes are found, you will be prompted to select the proper time.
- Progress/SOAP Notes - The Print button is not shown when creating a new progress note. A progress note must be saved before it can be printed.
