Reviewing Documents
Documents uploaded or created by someone other than an administrator requiring reviewing and approving. Before any documents can be reviewed all signatures must be present. For this reason SpokeChoice compliance allows for any admin to see if there are signatures waiting.
Note: Administrators themselves must also sign. Any admin can sign and there is not a way to specify a specific person as an admin. This was done intentionally so that anyone can fill in if there are multiple administrators in a company.
By selecting the Document Vault Tile you can assess documents that are waiting for signatures and review
The administrator hits the pencil, opens document if necessary, and then hits the reviewed check box and saves the document.

The status page will update and leave only those that need to be reviewed.

For documents that require signature the administrator will choose the unsigned radio button.
Notice the above shows that an admin must sign as well as the provider. After the Admin signs it will show only the provider that must sign
Admin clicks the pencil

Edit from form

Finds the section to sign
Then saves. After this you'll notice that only the provider needs to sign.
