Manual Clock out

Sometimes a provider can't clock themselves out. As an admin you can manually clock them out.

To do so go to the people manager and select current clockIns drawer

Next you should see the providers that are clocked in, either using AutoVisit or the center/group home clock in.

To delete the entry hit the red x.

To clock them out hit the green "stop" icon.

You will be prompted with information that is necesseary, especially if it is an EVV requirement visits.

Take care when you do this as you need to ensure the actual work time is accurate. Pay attention to both the clock out date and time to make sure it is correct. You can always use the next day for clock out and the system will split the billing into separate items for you. (One till midnight and the other from midnight).

Once data is filled out you can clock them out.
