Creating your own Rules and Documents
Compliance allows you to create your own rules and document Types.
Creating a rule
To create your own rule go to backoffice-compliance.
Click on the new button at the top right.
Fill out what the rule name is. For example: "Teacher"

Hit add.
Now that this rule is created you will see it under all identities in people manager.

By selecting that rule for that identity now would indicate that every document that is associated to the "Teacher" rule will be required for that identity.
For example: you could create your own document type (under backoffice-documentVault) and indicate that anyone with the rule of "teacher" will require that document/Expiration.
Now by looking at the identity in document vault or easy-view-documents you will see that this document is required

Note: The compliancy report (selected when hitting the compliancy tile) only runs at night. Which means with the above example it will not show as missing until the next day. In addition adding documents or updating expirations will not change the compliance report until the next day.
