Additions

  • Per new AHCCCS Requirement, added S.O.A.P. Note guardian signature. On the guardian Portal>Service Approvals tab, a button is added next to the approve checkbox that allows viewing both Progress & S.O.A.P. Notes. When approving a visit that includes a S.O.A.P. Note the guardian is prompted that by approving the visit(s) they also approve the S.O.A.P. Note.
  • When Administrators are viewing S.O.A.P. Notes either in Reports>Progress or Progress Management>Progress Notes, signatures at the bottom of the view include the date, name, and IP address of the electronic signatures.
  • The system does not enforce the "sign with in 24 hour" rule. It is recommended to have guardians become accustom to approving visits the same day of all visits.

  • AHCCCS Sync Fixes: Increased ability to upload 60 characters in address. Updated interface to address new changes.
  • Enhanced report performance.
  • Enhanced document vault performance.
  • Added check to prevent duplicate guardian assignments.
  • Fixed issue with providers viewing AutoVisit>Timecard on a small device. Button colors were incorrect.
  • Fixed issues in Document Vault, Unreviewed & Unsigned modes.
