Claims did not match electronic visit verification

If you are receiving this message from DDD for a billingdenial follow this process to determine where the problem might be

  • Log in to the AHCCCS EVV portal (if you do not know how to do this please contact AHCCCS for help)
  • Find the client, service and service date in question
  • Check the actual time and billing codes against that in SpokeChoice

 

If you find the both claim and visit match: put in a ticket either to DDD to ask why they claim was denied. You should send the JSON file along with your request. You can access the JSON file by going to the timecard of the employee, finding the claim/visit and hitting the blue icon on that particular row. Hit the JSON button and attach that file to your DDD ticket. 

If you find they are different: Put in a ticket to AHCCCS that the data was sent and ask why they are not showing it. Include the JSON file...see above how to download that file.
