Adding a New Client
This article will walk you through adding a new client/member, adding the primary diagnosis, adding EVV locations and adding Payers.
navigate to People Manager

Choose people

Choose Clients

Choose +New

Input all required fields and choose save profile
Choose the Edit client Fields next to the client name when selected

Choose +New on the EVV locations tab to input any EVV locations for this member, you do need to re input their home address even though it is on their file.
Add the members Primary Diagnosis that you will find in the PBS report in FOCUS titled " Client Authorization Report"



Choose Save
Go to Home Care-Health Plans
Choose the Client payers and add payers needed to this member (insurance or DDD)
Input required information for the payer such as AHCCCS ID, ASSIST ID, Insurance ID number, Policy number or group number
