Added check when saving an insurance policy with an MCID 1 or 2 value to ensure the value is in the proper 1 or 2 slot.

• Issue with some schedules shown as a no-show when in fact they were not.
• Issue where visit was allowed to bill too many weekly hours under very specific conditions that included an overnight visit across workweek.
• Intermittent issue where schedule screen went gray and didn't change back.
• Issue with viewing schedule that included an inactive provider and/or client.
• Issue with clocking out providers from Current Clock-Ins when the visit was not in the current pay period.
• Issue with adding a schedule on a mobile device by pressing the lower-right menu produced an error about not being able to add a schedule in the past.
• Issue attempting to clock into an EVV-Required appointments without a service code.
