Creating Report Types (Adding reports)

SpokeChoice supports many reports. The concept of reports is different than other competing solutions in that you can create multiple reports from one report "type". This allows you to perhaps create a Birthday report from the client or provider report as well as other types of specific reports by choosing options to the report or fields (columns) that will be returned. By doing so you can name it anything you choose so depending on what it is used for your staff can understand immediately by the name what process it is used during.

To install a report go to backoffice - reports.

Once there you can create a new report. Click on the "new" button at lower left of screen.

Once it has been created you can now name it to your liking.

Now you need to pick a Report Module that you wish to use for this report.

You can choose from a myrid of reports and depending on the report type there will be options either on what type of identity or argument you might choose as well as which fields can and will be returned.

Next choose which role is authorized to run and view this report. By choosing the appropriate role you can limit who in the company is allowed to run this report

The output type should be grid. Note: There are some reports that might present data in a form view.
