Monthly Progress Summaries for services such as habilitation are compiled by the comments left on the goals throughout the month. If you would like to add additional comments to the summary please instruct your providers to do so with the following information.

Follow these steps:

Log into Spokechoice.com

Select Progress Management

Under the Completed Goals select the Client & Pay Period and client you wish to input a summary for

Select the Edit pencil on one of your sessions that say “progress”

Add comment toward each goal. Choose Sign & Save.
