Spokechoice allows taking progress notes for clients that are in Centers, group homes and developmental homes. Because the goals are not generally done by a specific provider and providers do not clock into a member rather to the location it can be accomplished with the following process

• Create a login and password for the center/group home under each center

• Complete your billing for that day
• Share the login/password with all providers that worked with the member on their progress.
• Have those providers login using the center created login and find the progress management application and find the notes that need to be done. All providers, sharing the center/group home login can edit and complete the notes.
