Time Card Modes

There are 6 modes available in the Time Card Section

Navigate to Home Care- Time Cards. Locate the drop down entitled Mode

Display Needs Approval: At the end of a pay period you will use this section to approve time cards

Edit Time card Entries: Use this mode to add, remove, and change employee time cards

Edit Timecards Entries with Errors: After installing the Time Card Error report, and running the report often, you will be made aware of any errors on time cards, such as over laps. Choosing this mode will help you quickly locate and edit those. Providers are supposed to clock in and out using Autovisit to conform to EVV requirements. Sometimes they forget or had technical difficulties clocking in. As such you can always enter their time for them as an EVV exception. Use the edit Timecard entries, selecting the employee and client and entering for the days where the provider was unable to clock in. Keep in mind that if you have the feature to allow providers to put in missed clock ins they can only do so for up to 2 days and only during the current pay period. If they miss the current pay period you must use the Edit Timecards function to do it for them.

Calendar Daily Input: This mode will allow you to bill daily codes

Print by employee: You will be able to select a pay period and the employee to produce a PDF time card for each member that the employee worked with

Print by Client: you will be able to select a pay period and the client to print one PDF showing all provider(s) that billed for that member, during that pay period.
