Setting Up Therapist
This will help you navigate through setting up your therapist, adding their license type, assigning to a Therapist or Therapist Assistant, adding Clients.
Navigate to People Manager-People. Type in your Employee Name. Check their "role type" as Therapist

Save the Profile

Open up the "edit Employee Fields

Choose the therapist's license Type from the drop down. add in additional license number and/or AHCCCCS ID as needed. SAVE profile.

Follow the same set up process for the Therapist Assistant.
You can now link the Therapist and Therapist assistant. Navigate to People Manager-People- select the Therapist Assistant Tab

From the drop down, select the therapist's name. Once selected. Choose +New to add a therapist assistant under this therapist's stewardship
Choose the therapist assistant you would like to add from the drop down. You have the option to check the box for Pay therapist per signature, also assigning service code associated to that payment.

Linking clients. You must link ALL clients that the Therapist Assistant is treating to the Therapist Assistant AND Lead Therapist.
People Manager- People- Provider Assignments

Locate the therapist/therapist assistant from the drop down.Choose +New to add the clients

Choose Add
