SpokeChoice allows you to customize certain fields on forms. For this example we will hide the ISP received date.

Select the Backoffice application and then select My Forms.

We need to select the form we wish to modify. For this example we would like to select the Individual Service Plan form.

We would like to hide a field and it is set as mandatory, you must first set it to not be mandatory. Click the Date received field.

On the right hand side of the screen you will see Properties. The "Value Required" field is accessible for this field and we can select "no" so that it is not required.

Now click on the '-' icon to hide the field.

Once done hit the "Save" button at the top right of the window.
