This will explain how a therapist can sign off on an assistant therapist S.O.A.P. Notes.

Once the assistant therapist has logged their hours AND completed their notes the entry will show for the therapist to sign off on

Therapist will log in an select the Progress Management app.

Select the Document Signatures tab

There the therapist will see the sessions that are pending signature, select the edit pencil icon

Once the notes are reviewed, select sign and save. This entry will be removed from the therapist portal
