Getting Started with Longterm Care - Check list

This Help article when guide you through the process to get started if you perform Long term Care services.

The first step is to familiarize yourself with the lay out of SpokeChoice. A good video for this is the video Profiles and Billing Setup. Even though it is long in nature it covers most everything you need to know and watching the instructor will help familiarize you how to navigate through the different applications. We highly recommend this as a first step.

Follow the steps below

  1. Add  Company Information - Go to backoffice-company Options. Fill in your EIN, NPI (if you have one), Contact Email, Reconcile Email (email address used to send you notification when you have reconciled payments), AHCCCS ID, LTC Medicaid ID.
  2. Create Service Codes - Create all the service codes your company bills by clicking here.
  3. Create employees - Employees that work for you by clicking Here
  4. Add Payroll Rates to employees - Each employee needs their own rates for the services they will perform. Click here.
  5. Create Clients - Your active clients by clicking Here
  6. Create Client Payers/policies - Add Insurance payer information (AHCCCS ID, Medicaid ID....make sure and add the earliest billing date) by clicking here
  7. Associate Clients to providers - Add the providers list of clients by clicking here
  8. Associate Clients to guardians - Add clients to their respective guardians and add electronic signature date by clicking here
  9. Update Authorizations - Enter Manual authorizations for each service each member receives
