Some Application Icons Missing

Sometimes you or someone on your team might be missing application tiles yet you are sure they or yourself have the proper role to access it. Somtimes people might indicate their are missing certain options on the screen. SpokeChoice will automatically filter applications (hide them) if the monitor size you are using is not large enough to accommodate the necessary screen requirement. Thus, you or someone else might not be able to see those application tiles.

Another thing that can happen (common) is that you have mistakenly changed the zoom setting on your browser effectively changing the screen size and the application tiles are now missing.

To solve the first issue you'll need to get a larger monitor or increase your resolution. Typically 13 inch laptops will not be sufficient to see application tiles such as the people manager.

The second issue can be rectified by using the browsers "zoom" feature to zoom out and get back to 100% or greater.

For Edge: Select the three "horizontal" dots on the "browsers" menu bar.

Next look at the zoom setting and hit the minus sign (-) to zoom out to a maximum of 100%.

This should result in zooming "out" on the screen to allow more real estate to be seen and your application tiles should all be in view now.

To change Chrome: It is the same process but to show the settings you must click on the 3 "vertical" dots

Again the process is the same which is to hit the minus sign and reduce the zoom level.

Note: If you have a mouse wheel you can use the fast setting (likely how it was zoomed in the first place) to zoom in. To do so hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and move the mouse wheel towards you.
