Getting Started Group Homes

If you are new to SpokeChoice and need to setup your environment for group homes follow this guide

1. Enter your clients (members) that will be billed and managed through SpokeChoice. Click here to learn how to enter clients

2. Add a payer policy for each Client. This is the payers information for the client. Click here to learn how to enter policies

3. Enter your service and billing code that will be used to bill your payer. Click here to enter your service codes When you enter your service code(s) make sure that this is ONLY for claims. If you intend on using SpokeChoice to have provider clock in and out you will create separate service codes for that.

4. Create you group homes. Click here to learn how to create group homes. SpokeChoice calls every building or home as a center. Use names that will be recognized when you bill or schedule individuals in the home.

5. Add your clients to the group home. Note: Use one of the billing codes you created in step 3. Do not worry if you bill other codes that can be done during scheduling and/or billing. Click here to learn how to enter clients to group home.

6. Add each Employees to the group home using the employee assignments tab under centers.

7. Add each employees payroll rate for the group home using this link.

6. Enter your company information if not already done. Backoffice-Company options. For DDD agencies add your EIN, Contract number, four letter billing code, NPI (if you have one), AHCCCS ID and FOCUS login/password

Go to homecare-healthplans-client authorizations and upload your Wellsky Authorizations. This will load all your authorizations for each client. Keep in mind you must do this occasionally to update anything new within Wellsky/FOCUS
