The SpokeChoice Collaboration add-on app provides features that enable your agency to collaborate at a whole new level. Collaboration includes the ability to send messages in several methods. For example perhaps you want to send messages to guardians that have timecards outstanding for signature you can do so within this feature.

Setup Scheduled Tasks once and let Collaboration do the work every night. For example, automatically notify employees & guardians about expired, missing, unsigned documents. Imagine setting up a recurring document that needs to be signed, having Colloboration send a message inside the app, the individual selecting the message and immediately the document is opened and ready to fill out / sign!

Features

• Send Application-to-Application messages to a single user or a group of users. Users will see a notice they have new messages when they sign into SpokeChoice.
• Keep permanent notes on employees, guardians, clients. With notes right at your finger tips you can immediately document an incident, an employee not showing up or something that your whole team needs to know. With this information saved and date stamped it will make unemployment claim defense easier and quick.

To send messages within the collaboration app go to send messages. You will see either a single user or group. By selecting group you can select from one of the groups, guardians awaiting e-signatures for example, and the system will send a in-app message to the entire group.
