If you have a member who needs a task list added or edited this will assist with how to navigate that process .

Progress Management - Visit Tasks- Select the client

Check the boxes you would like to appear for this clients task list

Choose Save Visit Tasks Assignment

Task can not be added by anyone. These tasks are predetermined by AHCCCS. No other task is required to be captured. The admin should be setting up which tasks are needed to be captured for a client. The provider can not add or remove the viewed tasks and should be done only by the administration.
