If you would like to search through all claims by pay period, work week, by employee, by client, by service you can use FreeForm Search to accomplish this task and many more

Navigate to Home Care- Billing

Under the View Drop Down Select FreeForm Search

Select the payer for the claim(s) you would like to search for

Choose the start and end date you would like to see, you can choose a pay period, the whole month, just a few days or a work week.

Once you have pulled up the date range you want to look at you can use all the Filter icons at the top to hone in on one topic

You have many options available to search: Status (ready or unapproved) Client Name (choose 1 or multiple clients) Provider Name, Insurance/payer or Billing/Service Code. This will be helpful if you need to see how many hours a member billed in a week across several providers or where an overlap in a claim might have occurred.
