Chat allows bidirectional communication with other SpokeChoice users.

Administrators may communicate with anyone unless they are a Supervisor in which case they may only communicate with those to whom they are assigned.

Providers may communicate to assigned Guardians, Supervisors, Administrators.

Guardians may communicate with assigned Providers, Supervisors, Administrators.

Go to Collaboration>Chat or Tool Menu>Chat Messages to open the chat dialog.

Recent conversations will be shown initially. Click on a conversation to view the full conversation.

Select a user from the dropdown to view older conversations or start a new conversation.

NOTE: Conversations are a permanent record and may not be deleted.
