The following enhancements were added:
1. Clocking In & Out with an EVV-Required service requires that the device has GPS Location enabled. This is an EVV requirement. As such the provider WILL NOT be able to clock in or out until they allow location to SpokeChoice.com. Please google for how to allow locations based on the browser the provider is using.
2. Added a Synced column to the Home Care > Billing views as shown below. A check mark in the column indicates that the visit has been synced with Sandata. Sending a visit with an EVV-Required service to the payer without being synced will result in the visit being denied. Please ensure all visits are Synced prior to uploading your billing to an EVV payer.
3. Added a Synced line to the Info column of the Home Care > Timecards Info column as shown below:
4. Enhanced the Guardian Portal>Services To Approve page to include all changes made to a visit. This meets the EVV requirement where the designee approves all changes & reason information.
The following bugs were fixed:
1. The manual clock out feature in People Manager>Current Clock-Ins page was fixed to prevent entering an invalid time.
2. When editing/adding a visit in Home Care>Timecards, non-EVV-Required visits, the change reason code was expected.
