Creating Insurance Output

To create an insurance HCFA 1500 necessary to upload to Office Ally perform the following steps.

Keep in mind that creating this file will be all claims that are ready to go to insurance and mark them all as sent.

Navigate to Home Care>Billing.

Select from the view drop down Ready to file, indicate the time frame and hit the Search button.

Note: if you serve multiple payers you might see payers that you need to select, other wise if you have claims to submit within that period you can now move forward.

Select the HCFA 1500 button.  Should there be any errors or missing information necessary to output to carriers. you will be notified. If everything is ok then a file will show ready to submit to Office Ally.

Once run as mentioned above the claims will be marked as a batch. You can see the batches by selecting the Batches tab. If you want to run that group again for any reason you can delete or reprint the batch.
