SpokeChoice allows some data to be shared in various methods using a common user interface component known as SpokeChoice Share shown below.

The following share methods are available for data provided by the page:

1. Download - Use this method to download the data as a formatted file.
2. Document Vault - Use this method to upload a hard-copy version of the data to the document vault
3. Share Through Portal - Allows you to share a hard-copy version of the data with another SpokeChoice user such as a doctor or guardian.
4. Email - Allows you to email a hard-copy version of the data.
5. Submit to DDD - Submits hard-copy version of the data with Arizona DDD.

Note: Not all share methods are available on every page. Rather, only those methods that are applicable are enabled. For example, on the Therapy Reports page, the Submit to DDD method is only available to users with certain administrator roles.

This component is shown in parts of the application as demonstrated in the picture below. In this example, the Share feature is used to share formatted Therapy Reports.

To share data, click the Share button on the page which will open the SpokeChoice Share form. Select the method you wish to share with and click the Share button to begin the process.
