In order to have progress reports uploaded to DDD you must have your FTP credentials entered in to Spokechoice. Before doing so make sure you use those credentials to login to the DDD site to ensure they work. If they do not work or you have them written down incorrectly Spokechoice will not be able to upload reports.

Go to Backoffice-Company Options

Scroll down to the Focus FTP login and Focus FTP password area and enter your credentials

Hit Save Company Button. You are now ready to upload progress reports.
