2.1.26 June 2026

Security

  • When a user is made inactive they will be signed-out on next server request.
  • Stronger sign-in protection: Sign-in attempts on the same account are now rate-limited, making it much harder for someone to guess a password.
  • Account-recovery requests behave the same whether or not the email matches a real account, so attackers can't fish for valid usernames.
  • When an admin checks Suspend Sign-In, archives, or changes a user's roles, that user is automatically signed out of every device on the next server request.
  • In People Manager>People editing an employee: Check Disable Clock In/Out which will prevent a user from clocking in/out. This feature can be used to allow a user to see their info, sign documents/timecards without creating new visits.

Accessibility

  • Several accessibility improvements to bring the site in line with WCAG 2.1 AA — the standard required by most state and Medicaid contracts.
  • Usability improvements for blind users.

Center / Group Home Billing

  • Authorization is now checked before a visit is created. Previously, visits could be saved for clients without a current authorization on file. The system now blocks the save and tells you which authorization is missing.
  • Authorization rule fixes. The internal authorization check is now stricter: it correctly rejects visits for clients with no matching authorization at all (previously some slipped through), and balance calculations for edited visits are accurate.

Other Improvements

  • Easier-to-read appointment text in the calendar — multi-resource appointments no longer appear as dark text on a dark background.
  • Edit and delete buttons stay visible on schedule tooltips, even when the recurrence (repeat pattern) text is long.
  • Show current CEU period only checkbox replaces the old Show only current year. It now honors the employee's actual CEU expiration date set in Employee Fields rather than the calendar year. A hover tip explains the rule.
  • Empty CEU periods now show 0 of X units completed instead of a blank line, so you can see at a glance how much an employee still needs.
  • Easy View - saving a goal no longer freezes the page. Previously, hitting Save could leave the screen unresponsive and require a full refresh.
  • iOS Safari no longer auto-zooms form fields when you tap into them.
