Modifications

  • Document Vault - The Document Filters section was changed for all 5 tabs; 
    + You must now select a person or Document Type to view. For large companies, searching was not possible until a person was selected. 
    + The list of Document Types now only shows relevant types. For example, when viewing missing documents, only document types that are required for the person type (i.e. Employee).
    These changes make finding documents faster and easier.
  • Homecare>Billing>Client Claims - A claim may now only have the status changed to Ready / Resend to First Payer if it has been signed.
  • Easy View - You asked, we listened! Administrators may now search for people using their login email address.
  • Added the SpokeChoice client version on the Sign-In popup to help diagnose issues with clients getting client updates.
  • Service Waivers:
    + Updated grid display to include payer name.
    + Allowed a 1-day waiver.
    + Added check-box to filter our waivers that are no longer active (End Date is in the past).
  • Clock In/Out - Removed the See My Location button as it was being abused. This button was only available when on a device that did not have GPS services, namely desktop or laptop computers. Without a GPS service, a device reports the location coordinates using the web browser which normally reports the location of your Internet Service Provider hub/office. These types of coordinates are not EVV compliant.
